Os pacientes tinham S\u00edndrome Respirat\u00f3ria Aguda Grave (SRAG), provocada pelo v\u00edrus.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Todos os casos foram notificados no Recife. Duas pessoas tinham entre 50 a 59 anos, uma tinha entre 10 e 19 anos de idade e a \u00faltima estava na faixa et\u00e1ria de 40 a 49 anos. A investiga\u00e7\u00e3o dos casos \u00e9 de responsabilidade do munic\u00edpio, que ainda n\u00e3o se manifestou sobre os n\u00fameros.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">At\u00e9 o dia 23 de abril, foram notificados 20 casos de SRAG que acabaram em morte dos pacientes no estado, incluindo as quatro v\u00edtimas do H1N1. Todos os casos precisam ser registrados pelo servi\u00e7o de sa\u00fade e investigados para saber o que causou a doen\u00e7a. Desse total, sete \u00f3bitos tiveram a investiga\u00e7\u00e3o encerrada por resultados inconclusivos sobre a motiva\u00e7\u00e3o da s\u00edndrome, e dois foram descartados para influenza \u2013 o que inclui o H1N1.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Os demais continuam sob investiga\u00e7\u00e3o. A s\u00edndrome pode ser provocada por diversos v\u00edrus e bact\u00e9rias, al\u00e9m de outros agentes, como fungos.
