Na ocasi\u00e3o, as principais dificuldades que os m\u00e9dicos apresentaram foram as escalas desfalcadas de plant\u00e3o e as altas demandas de atendimento da obstetr\u00edcia e neonatologia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A diretoria do Simepe visitou a maternidade e conversou com alguns profissionais m\u00e9dicos. De acordo com os relatos, \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio melhorias urgentes nas condi\u00e7\u00f5es de trabalho e reestrutura\u00e7\u00e3o das escalas m\u00e9dicas. Comentaram tamb\u00e9m que h\u00e1 mais de um m\u00eas est\u00e3o com problemas na climatiza\u00e7\u00e3o do bloco cir\u00fargico, dificultando a atua\u00e7\u00e3o e a presta\u00e7\u00e3o da devida assist\u00eancia aos pacientes, al\u00e9m da presen\u00e7a de insetos nestas salas.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O respons\u00e1vel t\u00e9cnico ficou encarregado de resolver os problemas do ar condicionado e o Simepe acompanhar\u00e1 de perto o andamento das quest\u00f5es discutidas.
